Trading and investment risk disclosure
Crypto, derivatives, prop evaluations and tokenized market instruments can cause rapid or total loss. A nominal funded-plan size is not owned capital, and an xStock is not the underlying share. Nothing on Crypto Prop Guide is personal financial, legal or tax advice. Verify the product, entity, country and final terms yourself.

No personal advice
Crypto Prop Guide publishes general information. It does not know your financial position, experience, tax residence, objectives or ability to absorb loss. Nothing on the site is a personal recommendation to open an account, buy an instrument or pay for an evaluation.
Consult appropriately authorised financial, legal or tax professionals where your decision requires individual advice.
Crypto and derivative risk
Crypto assets can move sharply, trade with fragmented liquidity and remain exposed to custody, operational, protocol and regulatory events. Leverage amplifies gains and losses. A small adverse move can cause liquidation or breach a risk threshold.
Fees, spread, slippage and funding reduce returns. Historical performance, backtests and simulated results do not guarantee future results.
Prop evaluation risk
A prop plan’s nominal size is not money deposited into an account owned by the trader. Kraken Prop describes both its evaluation and funded stages as virtual. The trader can lose the evaluation fee after a rule breach and has no ownership interest in the provider’s funds or positions.
Maximum daily loss and drawdown calculations can include unrealised losses, commissions and funding. Touching a threshold may be enough to fail. Payouts remain subject to eligibility, identity verification, agreement terms and review.
Kraken Prop is described as unregulated. Regulated activities performed by other Kraken entities do not extend automatically to this service.
xStocks risk
xStocks does not give the holder ownership of the reference share, voting rights or a direct dividend right. The instrument adds issuer, custodian, counterparty, platform, token, liquidity and regulatory risk to the market risk of the reference asset.
The phrase “backed 1:1” is not a guarantee of repayment or liquidity. The token may diverge from the reference price, particularly outside standard market hours or during stressed conditions. Total loss is possible.
Country and legal-entity risk
Products may be unavailable or materially different depending on residence and the Kraken entity serving the account. A public country list can change.
Do not bypass a restriction. Confirm eligibility after login and read the terms shown for your entity before depositing or paying.
Affiliate-offer risk
A referral code does not guarantee a reward. Campaigns can require a new account, identity verification, eligible trading, minimum volume and a specific period. The provider may modify, suspend or reverse rewards under its terms.
Use the final customer-facing Promotion Details, not a percentage repeated by an independent site.
