Kraken cashback codes: links found, benefits not yet proved

What the redirect test found

We followed all four candidate cashback links: consumer and Kraken Pro versions for each code. Both hr8pr38s links reached a signup flow with a plan identifier ending in cashback-0_1. Both wrpjchds links reached a separate plan ending in cashback-0_2.

That is evidence that two distinct campaigns exist. It is not enough to define the customer benefit. The final page did not display a customer cashback rate, a time period or a list of eligible products.

Why the Promotion Details matter

Kraken’s referral terms do not define one universal cashback offer. They say the reward, percentage, period, criteria and referred-user benefit come from the Promotion Details attached to a campaign.

The same terms reserve the program for new users who have never held a Kraken account. Registration through a valid link, identity verification and the campaign’s trading criteria may all be required. A reward is not earned until Kraken validates and credits it. Kraken may modify, suspend or reverse a reward under the terms.

No page should fill those missing details from the code name. In particular, cashback-0_2 is an internal clue, not a customer-facing promise of a particular cashback rate.

Consumer link or Kraken Pro link?

The consumer links open the regular Kraken signup route. The Pro links open a Kraken Pro invite route. Both eventually use Kraken’s account system, but the campaign attribution can differ. Use the destination that matches the product you intend to trade, and keep the same link through registration.

The link is the primary attribution mechanism. Copying the code can help you check the campaign, but typing a code after arriving another way may not recreate the same attribution.

Cashback is not the same as a fee discount

A trading fee is charged according to Kraken’s current schedule. Cashback, if credited later, is a separate campaign reward. It should not be subtracted from the quoted maker or taker rate until the terms explain which fee, product and period qualify.

At the base tier checked on 24 July 2026, spot fees were 0.40% maker and 0.80% taker. Futures fees were 0.0200% maker and 0.0500% taker. Your actual tier can depend on 30-day volume or eligible assets held.

xStocks require a separate check

Kraken’s general referral definition of eligible trading excludes stock transactions. xStocks also use a distinct fee and legal framework. There is no basis to advertise these candidate codes as xStocks cashback without written campaign terms that say so.

If Kraken supplies those details later, this page will record the exact percentage, period, products, countries and verification method. Until then, the honest status is simple: attribution found, benefit unconfirmed.
